Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 August 2026 (template)

This is a placeholder legal template, not a finished agreement. It must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer before real payments, accounts or test attempts run against it.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or the LexiCert assessment platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

LexiCert provides English language assessment, admissions interviews, evaluation and result reporting. Results reflect performance on the date of assessment and are provided to support, not guarantee, an admissions decision made by a third-party university.

3. Accounts

Students must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials confidential. LexiCert may suspend an account suspected of fraudulent use.

4. Payments and attempts

One payment corresponds to exactly one test attempt. Payments are non-transferable between accounts. Refund eligibility for cancelled or technically failed attempts will be set out at checkout.

5. Conduct during assessment

Tests and interviews are proctored. Impersonation, use of unauthorised assistance, or attempting to access answer keys will result in the attempt being voided without refund.

6. Intellectual property

Test content, question banks and rubrics are the property of LexiCert Education Services Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

7. Limitation of liability

LexiCert is not responsible for admissions decisions made by third-party universities, or for consequences arising from a student misrepresenting their own eligibility or documents.

8. Contact
