Five steps from registration to a result a university can use
The same process runs for every student, so results stay comparable across an entire intake.
- 01
Student Registration
The student creates an account, verifies their email and completes a profile with their target programme and university.
- 02
English Assessment
A four-skill CEFR-aligned test: reading and listening are scored immediately, writing and speaking are queued for examiner review.
- 03
Online Interview
A scheduled, proctored video interview built around the partner university's own admissions questions, recorded for the audit trail.
- 04
Evaluation Process
Examiners grade the written and spoken sections against a published rubric. A second examiner reviews any borderline result.
- 05
Result Submission to Universities
A signed-off result report, in the partner's preferred format, is delivered within five working days of test completion.
