Six services, each producing a checkable record
Every service below ends in a specific, structured output — not a general impression. Jump to any section for the detail.
English Language Training
Structured coursework that takes a student from their current CEFR band to the level a target programme requires, with progress checkpoints rather than open-ended classes.
- Diagnostic placement test fixes a starting CEFR band before any coursework begins
- Cohorts capped at 12 students, grouped by band, not by age or batch date
- Weekly skill-specific modules: listening, reading, writing, spoken fluency
- Instructors hold CELTA or equivalent certification and are reviewed each term
- A written progress report every four weeks, shared with the student and, on request, the sponsoring institution
Output: a CEFR band movement report, issued at enrolment, mid-course and completion.
Online Student Interviews
We conduct the admissions interview on a partner university's behalf, using their rubric, and return a recorded, scored transcript within 48 hours.
- Interviews run on a proctored video platform with identity verification against the student's passport photo
- Structured question banks are built to each partner's own admissions criteria
- Sessions are recorded, timestamped and retained for 180 days for the partner's audit trail
- A second examiner reviews any interview scored within 3 points of the partner's pass threshold
- Results are delivered as a structured report, not a subjective write-up
Output: a scored interview report with recording link, examiner ID and recommendation.
University Partnership Support
For universities and agents who want a standing evaluation pipeline rather than one-off assessments, we set up a recurring intake with agreed volumes, turnaround times and reporting formats.
- A single onboarding call to agree rubrics, pass marks and reporting cadence
- Dedicated intake windows aligned to a partner's admissions cycle
- Monthly cohort-level analytics: pass rates, average band, common weak areas
- One named account contact for the life of the partnership
- Data handling terms reviewed against each partner's own compliance requirements
Output: a partnership agreement, a shared reporting dashboard, and a named point of contact.
Student Evaluation & Assessment
CEFR-aligned testing across all four language skills, auto-scored where objective and hand-graded by qualified examiners where it is not.
- Reading and listening sections are objectively scored the moment a test is submitted
- Writing and speaking sections are graded by examiners against a published rubric: fluency and coherence, lexical range, grammatical accuracy, pronunciation
- Every result carries a record ID, examiner ID and session timestamp for traceability
- Retakes are permitted; each attempt is scored independently and both are retained
- Score reports map directly to CEFR bands A1 through C2
Output: a four-skill score report with band meter, sub-scores and examiner sign-off.
Result Processing & Reporting
Raw scores become a decision-ready report: a single page a university admissions team can act on without needing to interpret anything.
- Standardised report layout so every partner receives the same structure regardless of test type
- Results are checked by a second reviewer before release
- Delivered as PDF and structured data (CSV or API) depending on the partner's system
- Historical results remain retrievable by record ID for as long as a partnership is active
- Turnaround target: 5 working days from test completion to report delivery
Output: a signed-off result report, delivered by the method each partner prefers.
International Admission Screening
Pre-offer and pre-CAS screening that checks language proficiency, interview performance and document consistency before a university commits to an offer.
- Combines assessment score, interview outcome and submitted documents into one screening file
- Flags discrepancies between application claims and interview performance for the partner to review
- Configurable against each partner's own pre-CAS or pre-offer checklist
- Used ahead of visa-stage checks, not as a replacement for them
- A clear pass, refer, or fail recommendation, with the reasoning behind it
Output: a screening file with recommendation, evidence summary and supporting records.
